Gump

“The journey may be lead by the mind and body, but it is nothing without the heart.”

Gump has been a practitioner of movement for as long as he can remember. Through his practices with masters of Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Kung Fu, he has learned how the breath truly effects the body. Through a desire to heal himself as well as others, he found some Yoga teachers that forever changed his outlook on life and movement. After receiving his certification in Yoga he developed a foundation to build a practice that expresses all these arts as one. His commitment is to creating a physical and mental balance through the awareness created by these practices. His exploration of the body through years of self-study and the guidance of a few great teachers has helped him to design flows that will make even the novice more aware of their being. His open approach to teaching allows the student to express themselves as they open from the physical, the mental, the emotional and finally the spiritual. Drawing out a path for them “NOT” to follow but rather for them to explore the infinite possibilities within themselves.
